• First off no power playing. It's annoying. If another country is stronger then you they are likely to win. Don't dodge every hit and don't control each other's characters.
  
  
• 200 words per post. It gives enough for someone to go off of and one liner's don't look so nice.
  
  
• Four characters per person. If I feel you have too many main characters I will ask you to give one up.
  
  
• Advertise only in the advertisement board. If it's not a proboards site then the thread will be deleted. End of story.
  
  
• Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Don't go around bashing each other and telling each other what to dc.
  
  
• No changing character personalities or traits. England can't cook and he never will be able too. Stick to the cannons.
  
  
• The plot says you can change history. You can use history to go off of as a starting point and then you may change anything. The point of the plot is change.
  
  
• Make you're posts look nice. Don't stretch the page with graphics. Code them and spell check. I'm not picky but if it looks ridiculous I will ask you to make it look nicer.
  
  
• You must be active. Please post at least three times a week. It's frustrating when someone responds to a post and then disappears.
  
  
• If you're going to claim characters and finish the applications but disappear or only come around once and a while I will take you're character away if someone else wants them if you are not active enough. So stay active!
  
  
• The chat box is OOC. Do not go IC.
  
  
• OC's are aloud. In WWII there were much more country's involved then what thy have in the Anime.
  
  
• Male/Female counterparts are up to the person who plays the original country. Do not create one and expect them to be okay with it. You must ask them first.
